Live Video Playback & Switching: Experienced in operating media servers, switchers, and video routing systems to ensure flawless transitions, cue execution, and real-time adjustments.

Technical Mastery: Proficient in a range of industry-standard systems including Resolume, Disguise (d3), Watchout, Playback Pro, vMix, Ross Carbonite, Blackmagic ATEM, and more.

Signal Flow & Troubleshooting: Managing complex video signal paths with confidence — ensuring compatibility, stability, and quality across all sources and destinations (LED walls, projection, IMAG, live streams).

Collaborative Workflow: We work closely with directors, producers, technical directors, and content teams to understand show flow, execute cues, and adapt to live changes on the fly.

Media Management: Organized handling of content libraries, codec conversion, cue sheets, and backup redundancies to support smooth, professional delivery on show day.

How much does it cost?

Price will vary depending on the project’s requirement and booking period. Our team will follow up with you once we have received your booking order form and advise accordingly.

My event date or time is not yet confirmed, can I book first?

Better not, to avoid cancellation fees. Instead, you may wish to contact us for a soft booking notice. Please note, soft booking is NOT considered in any form of a booking or reservation, unless, you have received a booking confirmation from us. First-come-first-serve basis still applies.

There is some last minute changes after I booked, how do I go about?

Please contact our team or your assigned coordinator as soon as possible. Additional fees or cancellation fee may be applicable, depending on the changes.

Is there a package deal if I'm engaging a few services?

Yes, we will be able to customise a package that suits your requirements. Please contact us and our team will follow up a discussion with you!

What are the payment methods?

You can either pay via ‘PAYNOW’, bank transfer or credit/debit card once you have received our invoice.
